Bunk pan shall be constructed of not less that 12 Ga. steel. Longitudinal flanges of mattress pan to have a double hemmed edge to create greater strength and develop a minimum of 1/8” radius on upper flange and lower corners of the pan.
Mattress pan will have six (6) 1 ¼” diameter holes to provide ventilation and facilitate easy cleaning.
2” x 2” x 3/16” steel angle support frame with 1 ¾” x 1 ¾” x 3/16 steel angle cross members and ¼” mounting pads welded to bottom end of legs for floor mounting.
One-piece, welded assembly, all welds neatly finished.
